This site is operated by the author Costa G. Lagoudakis. It collects the minimum personal data required to answer enquiries.

What is collected

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, subject and message you provide are stored so the author can reply. If you request the free sample, your email address is stored so the sample can be sent to you. No personal data is ever sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Why it is collected

The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the contact form or the sample request form. By consenting on the sample form, you also agree that the author may use your email address to send you occasional news, marketing and newsletters about his books.

Marketing and newsletters

Marketing emails are only sent to addresses that have explicitly consented. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw consent at any time by clicking it or by writing to the author. Once unsubscribed, your address is suppressed and no further marketing emails are sent.

Visit statistics

If you accept cookies, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. Google Analytics loads only after you accept, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.

How long it is kept

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Email addresses collected for the sample are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for them to be erased.
